5 Best Weymouth Caravan Holiday Parks - 2025
Weymouth is a busy seaside resort with a lovely sandy beach and lots of family attractions in the local area, such as Nothe Fort and Weymouth Sealife Centre. It's also a good spot for exploring Dorset's Jurassic Coast.
We've picked five Weymouth caravan holiday parks which we think are worth a look. For our price comparison we looked at a holiday for a family of four (two adults, two children) in August 2025.

1. Haven's Seaview Holiday Park (walk to the beach, two indoor and outdoor swimming pools)
**Winner: best value Weymouth holiday park**
Haven is one of the biggest holiday park chains in the UK and they've got three holiday parks in Weymouth.
Seaview Holiday Park is a good choice because it also gives access to the facilities at Haven's Weymouth Bay Caravan Holiday Park, which is practically next door. Between the two parks, you've got access to two indoor swimming pools and two outdoor swimming pools. There's also a crazy golf course, archery, various sports, places to eat and entertainment. You can walk down a footpath that links the two.
All of Haven's Weymouth holiday parks get similar reviews of 4/5 and you can walk to a beach from all of them within about 10-15 minutes (maybe a little longer if you're carrying three children).
Seaview tends to be the winner on price, but it's worth checking Weymouth Bay's prices as well for the dates you want to visit.
There are a couple of ways to save yourself some money on a Haven caravan holiday park. The first is to arrive on a weekday and stay for seven days. In our price comparisons it has sometimes been about £100 cheaper to arrive on a Friday rather than a Saturday. Another money saving tip is to fill up a larger caravan, rather than booking two smaller ones. In the past, we've found that you could save up to £600 by booking a caravan for eight people rather than two caravans for four people.
Seaview Holiday Park is a dog friendly holiday park.
Price: £975 for a 'Saver' caravan for a family of four for a week in August 2025. That's the cheapest grade of caravan at Haven. It'll do the job if you just want a base, but it doesn't have a terrace and it's a bit narrower than the more expensive models.
That price is for a standard Haven holiday, which means that you can use the facilities onsite. The alternative is a Haven Hideaway holiday. That would have been about £100 cheaper but you only get accommodation and use of the restaurants - you can't use the swimming pools or sign up for other activities. See our guide to Haven Hideaway.

2. Littlesea Caravan Holiday Park (Haven park, indoor swimming pool)
**Haven's Offers: Autumn 2024 from £69 + Summer 2025 from £195**
Littlesea Holiday Park is another Haven holiday park in Weymouth, although this one is on the west side of the town. It averages 4/5 from reviewers and is basically neck-and-neck with the other Haven resorts in Weymouth. You can also bring dogs to this holiday park.
It's got most of the facilities you'd expect from a Haven caravan site, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, loads of sports (football, tennis, archery, fencing) as well as mini-golf, places to eat (including some takeaway options) and lots of activities to keep children entertained.
I'd say Littlesea has more things to do than Haven's other Weymouth holiday parks (Seaview Holiday Park and Weymouth Bay Holiday Park). However, Seaview and Weymouth Bay are next door to each other and you can use facilities at both. Once you factor that in, there is a little more to do at Seaview and Weymouth Bay. For example, you can use four swimming pools plus a lazy river if you stay at either Seaview or Weymouth Bay, whilst Littlesea has a choice of two pools.
Littlesea Holiday Park is a half hour walk to the Esplanade at Weymouth but it's right by the coastal path which leads to Chesil Beach.
Some of the posher caravans at Littlesea have sea views and balconies, which certainly adds to the appeal.
Price: £1015 for a week's holiday in a Saver caravan in August 2025 (a four-berth caravan with two bedrooms).

3. Warmwell Holiday Park (loads of facilities, indoor swimming, skiing, short drive to Weymouth)
**Warmwell offer: Holidays from £199**
Warmwell Holiday Park is a little way out of Weymouth, but you can be on the beach in 20 minutes.
It's run by Parkdean Holidays, which is one of the biggest caravan park chains in the UK. Reviews average a solid 4/5 and it's a big park with plenty to do onsite.
In fact, it's one of the best equipped holiday parks in the Westcountry, although you have to pay extra for some things.
There's an indoor swimming pool as you'd expect, but there's also a ski slope, which you can't say about many caravan parks. There are fishing lakes, a gym, sports court, a playground for older children and soft play for younger ones, mini ten pin bowling, archery and pool tables.
Like most of these larger parks, there is somewhere to eat, along with kids' and adults' entertainments.
Warmwell is also dog friendly, so you won't have to pay kennel fees. Most of the accommodation is lodges rather than caravans, so you get a lot more space.
One notable thing worth mentioning about Warmwell Holiday Park is that the accommodation is lodges rather than caravans. Lodges are a lot wider and less squashed than a caravan. This bumps the price up quite a lot but it does also make it less likely that you'll be fed up of each other after a few days!
Price: £1449 for a family of four staying for a week in August 2025. Note that this is a four-person lodge with two bedrooms rather than a caravan.

4. Chesil Beach Holiday Park (indoor swimming pool, busy park)
Chesil Beach Holiday Park is in our guide to the best Weymouth holiday parks, thanks to its excellent reviews, decent facilities and coastal views.
The park has an indoor swimming pool, which is exceedingly useful if it rains all week. There are also kids' and adults' entertainment, places to eat, an indoor soft play area, an outdoor playground, football, pool and basketball.
Reviews on TripAdvisor average 4.5/5. The park is also known as Chesil Family Holiday Park and Chesil Vista Holiday Park, if you're looking for reviews.
It's a 10-minute drive to the Esplanade at Weymouth or a 10-minute walk to Chesil Beach.
Price: £1116 for a two-bedroom 'classic caravan' for a week in August 2025 (two adults and two children)

5. Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park (posher option, beachside, pool and spa, great facilities)
Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park was previously known as Waterside Holiday Park. You can find it on the east side of Weymouth. It's a couple of minutes' walk to a beach, or a 10-minute drive to the famous Esplanade at Weymouth.
It's a really well-equipped caravan park with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, children's playground and soft play area, a sports pitch, volleyball court, a spa, a restaurant and a bar. There's also entertainment for children and grown-ups.
One of the highlights is that you can try out watersports such as standup-paddleboarding (some activities cost extra).
It was the most expensive Weymouth holiday park in our price comparison, but it's a bit posher than most and it does get very good reviews, averaging 4.5/5 on TripAdvisor.
Price: £1753 for a week's holiday in a Classic two bedroom caravan in August 2025.

Price comparison: Weymouth's 5 best caravan holiday parks
Our (rather limited) price comparison, looked for the cheapest accommodation available for a family of four in August 2025. You'll get much cheaper prices at other times of year obviously and you'll pay more if you go for any of the optional extras. We searched in September 2024.
