Which Parkdean Resorts Have Lodges? Which are best?
Author: Robbie Lane | Last updated: 11 January 2026
**Parkdean Resorts Offer: Holidays from £99**
We love a lodge break at a UK holiday park. You get a whole lot more space compared to a standard caravan, so there's much less chance of bumping your knee in the night or falling out with each other after a couple of days.
Typically, a lodge is about 20 foot wide whereas a caravan is 10-14 foot wide. Lodges can be significantly more expensive but if you search around you can sometimes get good deals.
Parkdean Resorts has lodges at about 40 of its 66 holiday parks in the UK (about two thirds). In some cases, there are just one or two types of lodge at a resort whilst others have dozens to choose from. Some of them have hot tubs as well.

Next up, here's our pick of five of the best!
Next up, here's our pick of five of the best!
1. Lodges at Limefitt Holiday Park and Fallbarrow Holiday Park in the Lake District (lake views, outstanding reviews)
They've got a whopping choice of 14 types of lodges at both Limefitt Holiday Park and Fallbarrow Holiday Park in the Lake District.
Go for Limefitt if you want an outstanding value holiday or Fallbarrow if you want to have a hot tub and better views. In our price comparison, Limefitt performed exceedingly well.
Both resorts sit in envious locations in the Lake District but Fallbarrow is the winner for me. Limefitt is a couple of miles from Windermere whilst Fallbarrow is right next to the water.
Neither Fallbarrow nor Limefitt have a swimming pool and they don't have an abundance of things to do onsite. However, both have a bar.
Price: We found a lodge at Limefitt for £1279 for a week in August 2026. Meanwhile, Fallbarrow was about £200 more for the cheapest lodge for a week in peak season (£1459).

2. Lodges at Sea Acres Holiday Park in Cornwall (sea views and swimming pool)
There are just three types of lodge at Parkdean Resorts' Sea Acres Holiday Park in Cornwall. We couldn't find any with hot tubs, but some of them did offer a sea view. Perhaps you could stick your feet in a washing up bowl and admire the view.
Sea Acres is another high scorer with customers, who give it 87% on average, including 4.3/5 on TripAdvisor and 4.4/5 on Google Reviews. That makes it one of the top five Parkdean Resorts in the UK and certainly the highest ranking of its eight Cornish resorts.
The activities and things to do on site at Sea Acres is far superior to Limefitt and Fallbarrow (mentioned earlier). At Sea Acres, you can use the indoor swimming pool if it's raining as well as the soft play area, pool table and table tennis. There's also a playground, pitch and putt and crazy golf. You also get more evening entertainment than you get at the Lake District resorts.
The location is lovely, but very (very) remote. Make sure you've downloaded several hours of entertainment and fully charged the tablets.
Price: £1889 for the cheapest lodge we could find for a week in August 2026. That makes it the most expensive option for a family of four.

3. Lodges at Nodes Point Holiday Park Isle of Wight (sea views, beach access, indoor swimming pool, hot tubs)
We enjoyed our stay in a lodge at Nodes Point, which is in the East Wight near to the dog friendly beach at St Helens. You can go for nice walks along the coast or hire paddleboards on the beach.
There are 10 different types of lodge at Nodes Point including a small number with a hot tub.
The lodges are mostly at the lower end of the park, meaning they are closer to the beach. Some of them have a sea view, but you tend to get better sea views as you climb away from the beach as the park sits on a steep slope.
There's a good-sized clubhouse with entertainment, a swimming pool with a small four lane slide, a handful of activities you can sign up for, a playground and an outdoor sports court.
The Isle of Wight ferry can be eye wateringly expensive (£300+) but Parkdean Resorts get a whopping great discount so you will pay more like £60-£140 depending on when you visit.
Reviews for Nodes Point are very positive at 83% on average.
Price: £1659 for a two bedroom lodge for four people in August 2026. That makes it one of the most expensive in our comparison of Parkdean's best parks with lodges, but I reckon you might find a better deal if you are patient.

4. Lodges at Warmwell Holiday Park in Dorset (lake views, skiing, swimming, hot tubs and fishing)
Warmwell is unusual as a Parkdean Resorts park as it is only has lodges. Most Parkdean Resorts are a mix of caravans and lodges.
There are a whopping 33 types of lodge at Warmwell Holiday Park, including quite a few with hot tub upgrades. The park's review scores are outstanding, with an average of 87% across Google Reviews and TripAdvisor.
Some of them overlook lakes, but it's worth mentioning that Warmwell isn't particularly near to a beach. You'll need to drive for about 20 minutes to reach Dorset's coast.
On the plus side, Warmwell has an unusually good choice of things to do without leaving the site. The quirkiest activity of them all is the dry ski slope, so you can ski, snowboard or just whoosh down the hill on an inflatable doughnut. Warmwell also has an indoor swimming pool, mini ten pin bowling, fishing lakes, soft play, playgrounds and a gym.

5. Lodges at Cherry Tree Holiday Park in Norfolk (indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs)
There are seven types of lodge at Cherry Tree, which is one of Parkdean's highest rated holiday park in East Anglia and the East of England. It's certainly our pick if you want a lodge at a Parkdean in the region.
We went to Cherry Tree in 2025 and liked that it was much leafier and greener than a lot of other holiday parks in the area. Read the full blog here.
As with most holiday parks in the Great Yarmouth area, it isn't actually right by the beach. You'll need to drive for 10 minutes to reach the seafront.
Visitors to Cherry Tree Holiday Park can use its indoor and outdoor swimming pools. They are both a good size, but are quite straightforward rather than water parks with lots of slides.
There's a better-than-average choice of activities. Free things include playgrounds but you can also pay extra for things like battle blasters and hoverboards. The reviews are also better-than-average. Customers give it a rating of 85%, which puts it in the top third of Parkdean Resorts across the UK.
Price: £848 for a lodge for a family of four, which is the cheapest option in our top five. That was the price for a week in August 2026 without a hot tub. You'll be able to get a much cheaper price outside of school holidays.
